This piece does receive power. The lightbulb burnt out while I was cleaning it. The motor spins as well but I cannot guarantee it works like it's supposed to. Everything is in great condition otherwise, I just have no way of knowing if it's fully functional or not which is why I listed it as for parts or not working.
