Return & Refund Policy

At Dishes & More, each piece we sell is unique, vintage, and often one-of-a-kind. We carefully describe and photograph all items so you can shop with confidence.

Returns

  • All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.

  • Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, small imperfections, wear, or signs of age are normal and not considered defects.

Refunds

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery at Keeghan@dishesandmore.com.

  • You MUST provide at minimum three (3) photos of the outside of the package, one (1) photo of the shipping label with the tracking number readable, one (1) photo of the damaged item inside its protective packaging and one (1) photo of the damaged item removed from its packaging.

  • Failure to provide the specified photos within 72 hours of delivery will result in any return/refund being denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement (if available).

Exchanges

  • Because most of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly described.
